• Any plan recommendations we make are based on your individual needs and preferences, regardless of any particular insurance company.
• If you are self-employed, you may qualify for guaranteed-issue small group coverage or an association plan.
• For individual & family coverage, applying for health insurance does not guarantee that you will be approved for coverage; your application will still be underwritten by the insurance company.*
• By law, prices for the same plan cannot vary, and you cannot find a better (or worse!) price anywhere for the same product.
• Your privacy is important to us, and personal information is not lent or sold to others.

* With the implementation of the Affordable Care Act of 2010, important changes are happening. For example:

1. California’s Preexisting Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) is now available to those lacking coverage for 6 months and who have a preexisting condition.
2. January 1, 2014: Individual & family plans will be available without regard to preexisiting conditions.
